What a JOKE of a company! My Agent referred me to them, so I thought it would be ok. Got a text the day of the Appointment saying that the Technician would be there between 8:30-11:30am. He called me at 9:17am to say that he would be coming between 12-2pm because he was "behind" and had to be in Skokie first. He would call or text me an hour before he was coming. 3:45pm rolls around and I have heard nothing, so I call him. He says "Oh, How are you ? I was just gonna call you. I am finishing up in Sycamore and should be there in 40 minutes." I told him that wasn't true because I know how long of a drive that is. He comes back and says "My GPS says 1hour and 20 minutes, when I leave." So I spent the whole day wasted, waiting for another SERVICE PROVIDER who LIES! I called my Insurance Company, cancelled the Authorization for the CLAIM and SAFELITE, here we come!!!

Cesar R communicated and worked very well. Did the job quick and efficient. They did ask to pay in advance and I was a bit worried but it all worked out! Highly recommend.

Jose did an excellent job, he was very nice, knew his job very well and explained everything in detail. He replaced my husbands windshield and then I called and asked for him to come out to replace my jeeps windshield . I will call back and request him again when another stone hits my jeep. Thank you for great customer service !
